There is a shareholder meeting on Monday attended by Mintzlaff and the Thai side so I suspect it will all come to a head there
.
That was this afternoon Dubai time. After that the F1Insider and MS Total came with the articles.
that makes the leak more believable

Oh gosh. So U2 is releasing a song to bring awareness if these rumours are true. (the lady's brother in law is related to the U2 guitarist).
So it turns out that is connected with the rich and famous too. So much for the narrative that she was just a lowly office employee being strung along by the CEO eh.

Irrelevant. Just because your friends or relatives have money doesn’t mean you do. And even if you did it wouldn’t be justification for illegal behavior.

Indeed. I forgot this:
.
A meeting between Watzlawick (CEO Beverage Business), Mintzlaff and Chalerm Yoovidhya was scheduled for this Sunday
in Dubai to discuss the next steps for Red Bull GmbH in the Horner case.
It is not known if the meeting has already ended at the time of publication of this article or if it will take place later today.

Reading the Motorsport total article they mentioned they are unaware if the meeting had taken place yet.

It mentioned Franz Watzlawick CEO of the drinks division as pulling up a meeting and fearing the damage more bad publicity could do to the US market/cost then $$

Since no one was able to reject the accusations as unfounded, no one was able to label the screenshots as fake, the dismissal of Horner would be the only correct decision.
And it should have been made much, much earlier.
This whole disgraceful spectacle should never have caused such damage, because the end is predictable as long as there is no clear, exonerating aspect.

I really hope that the report is confirmed and the tragedy finally ends.
If you are calling this a tragedy then I'm afraid you don't know what the definition of the word is. And it is an insult to those who experience tragedies.
Not everyone here is a native English speaker. It should be very clear how the word is to be understood.

Never heard of this "narrative".
Can you please explain why this is a widespread narrative?

If there was illegal conduct of any kind , the police would have at least taken a complaint.

The evidence largely suggests that this was all a part of a dirty power play among the rich and famous.

But nobody cares about the "states" because what happened is the usual stuff there.

No. You are thinking criminal. There’s a law and it was violated, doesn’t mean people necessarily go to jail.

Yes any why too I’ve said the Thai owner may well back down if it becomes a financial hit in him. Lots of things could happen to make him change his mind

[/quote] it not a police matter, there wasn’t evidence of criminal action

It’s a civil case. Sometimes your lawyers in these cases would advise you to follow internal procedures to resolve them if they can’t be you take it to arbitration.

What kind of mindset goes against the person that was receiving unwanted d*** pics and pressure to perform sexual acts over the person committing them?

Is that how you flirt with people? Send your nudes? Do you want then to receive congratulations afterwards?
