Are there any comments on why the upgrade isn't working?

Who said they weren't working? Both drivers said they were working as expected.

Tremendous tyre management in the first stint for Charles.

Our pace compared to McL was awful though. Really big difference.

Forget development, forget strategy, the biggest mistake Ferrari did in 2024 was announce Hamilton before the season started.

Sainz has turned into a kamikaze bomber, always wanting to show he is better than LeClerc. He is not. That's why he is the one being thrown out.

If Vasseur doesn't put a leash on Sainz, and stops him from dictating terms to the pitwall, the team is 100% going to suffer, doesn't matter what upgrades they bring or how they setup the car. What he did in the first stint (by purposely pushing when expected to manage the tyres and dictating to the pitwall "I have more pace, charles has to move over" is bullshit - pitwall shouldn't fall prey to this nonsense) could have resulted in atleast one DNF. If the sidepod is ripped open or the floor edge bent, it's a DNF.

I don't think announcing Hamilton was planned. the whole thing looked like a mess.

What do you propose they should've done? They couldn't have kept it a secret.

We will be p4 in cc. Team is more talk less deliver. Car design has issues, strategy doesn’t deliver under pressure, drivers don’t get along. This season turning out to be disaster after a good start. As always

Even assuming Lewis moving to Ferrari wasn't publicly announced, they would have let Carlos know in private that he was going to be let go at the end of the season. You don't screw your driver over like that, leaving him with no contract at the end of the season by not telling him he is being replaced.

So from this perspective, it would have changed nothing on Carlos' on-track behavior.

Next step is stop following each other on Instagram
The audacity of this guy reached new record levels.
Well what he was doing besides having bad stint on Mediums? Also complaining for X laps about the move Hamilton did on him.

He was going to make passes on Mercedes at the beginning of the races with DRS train in front of him... great thinking of the smooth operator.

And by the way, if Charles complains too much, I have 2 proposals for the team:

- Interchange the mechanics between the drivers
- Have Carlos test the old package to compare with a rushed one

This will surely keep Charles away from complaining, I bet.

The Miami update was a 2.0, it wasn't a 1.xx update. Best race pace and tyre deg on all compounds. Best in all types of corners and straights. No apparent weakness. The only thing preventing them from winning everything since Miami, is 'perfection in execution'

But in Imola Ferrari has 2.0 too, and pace gap was 1 tenth vs Max, Lando and Charles. Now Charles and Max have good amoungh upgrades, but pace seems like become worse or equal, huh?

Look how much Charles was managing the tyres in turn 3 and turn 9 in the first stint, compared to Carlos.
