Which is funny as the track usually lends good racing with the DRS being everywhere. Wonder if the degradation is so high that they can't push without killing the tyres.
I'd say all these regs have done is make the procession more punched up, compared to how it used to be.

He wasn’t getting penalties for way worse things than this…

But it's still a procession, with people scared to push because of tyres and most changes happening via strategy even if cars behind are a couple tenths faster than those in front.
Also, tracks that used to be at least looked forward to due to their reputation for lots of action and passing ability, are now procession races too.
