That's more like it, this is a solid set of upgrades for one weekend in this day and age.

The FIA-issued descriptions continue to be extremely non-descriptive, that's not just the diffuser roof that has been modified, and it looks like the venturi throat geometry (or the roof itself at the very least) is different, also.

It is mandatory to make it official even the small updates that are track-related?
Because from my point of view, there are numerous subtle changes pointed out by those red darts ...

Ham said balance, not bouncing, idk how the broadcast misquoted that. Was also watching the gps, he pitted and came right back to continue his race pace sim on the mediums right after he said that. so most likely a wing adjustment

They went to an onboard too not long after, sure did look like he was bouncing.

Yeap! The car had heavy understeer in that race sim at the end of FP and he said to Bono that needs 4 clicks (up on the FW)

This SIS bulge water slide forces the airflow to travel over and down the new and the old floor edge

Image

This is a re-profiling of the small deflector in order to guide the airflow where they want it

Image

The floor edge resembles the RB20 floor, particularly at the front, with the new floor edge flap (red arrow)

The new floor has been removed from the car for FP3 onwards.

Data to be analyzed after the race weekend after their issues yesterday.

When I first saw the extent of upgrade all in one sitting I was worried & that they didn’t back-to-back I thought smacked of overconfidence.

Feels like McLaren is the only team that hasn't had to roll back upgrades so far this year.

Yes
Both Ferrari and Mercedes got caught by bouncing after the upgrades and RB something else
