Hamilton was told to lift and coast early in the race because they under fueled the car. I'm presuming for better tyre wear. How does Mercedes make the mistake of forgetting to tell Russell to lift and coast

How can they not enforce it ?
Wasn't Alonso thrown out of the podium in some race in 2023 ?
Wasn't Hamilton DSQ-ed after the race due to plank wear, again in 2023 ?
Just because national anthems were played and champagne spilled, how can the race result due to an undue weight advantage be allowed to stay and penalised just with a 'fine' ? This may have ramifications on championship status at the end of season.

For the integrity of the sport, if you burn extra fuel others are not allowed to in order to nullify a competitors ability to challenge you, I don't see what excuse can be given that would allow there to be no disqualification.

I always thought rubber pickup was for minimum height measure.
