I mean if Ferrari are jumping in on it aswell, then that shows there must be something going on.

Merc made big gains with their revised front wing they brought monaco/race after.

Certainly more collateral to this than the fiddle brake valve some twitter journalists are banging on about.
Redbulls decline has been far more dramatic than Mercs improvements
It was the brakes 😄
Whole thread on that. FIA confirmed that nobody was using such device.

Ι had only read that Vasseur and Horner went after Monza race to FIA for this but i dont know if this info is certain.

Whatever Merc did with the front of their car it turned it around. It was a dog before, not it’s a 2* race winner this season alone.
And RB have gone from absolutely dominating the field to being over 30 seconds behind the winner.

RB and Ferrari wanted clarity after Monza according to Vasseur and Horner. FIA provided a statement 2 days after the race. Seems pretty clear to me

So as long as the wings don't flex when you push down, it means they can flex if they happen to oscillate and flap up.

In addition to the sting ray morphology and vortex, the humpback whale fin design also features in flaps that are used on Formula 1 wings. The shapes and angles in which they oscillate and flap are uncanny.

Expecting to see development further inspired by aquatic life and bionic propellers!

I have no idea where you get these ideas from, but they are certainly entertaining.

I mean there's like such a tiny range of movement on the W15 it's closer to RB and Ferrari than the Macca
And isn't it a 3 race winner? Or is there a magical new metric for race wins we don't know about?

According to formu1a uno the flexible front wing interacting with the floor can prevent bouncing. So it directly affects the concept of the car overall

But they also say the affair isn't over. Ferrari and Red Bull are pushing for stricter tests for 2025
The FIA note does not at all close a technical chapter that is still ongoing and will certainly take a few more weeks before being closed. The team principals of the teams that have expressed discontent are in fact constantly and still in discussion with the Federation
Formu1a uno claims the odds are good to see changes for 2025
While the odds of a 2025 rule change look good , if the FIA decides not to intervene, Ferrari and Red Bull are expected to work on designing their own ‘flex’ solutions

Also Williams is involved
Red Bull, Ferrari and Williams are in fact dissatisfied with the level of flexibility shown by the front wings of the Papaya team, especially with the specification introduced in Austria,
