Wth happened to the lego trophies? Why did they get small wheels for trophies?
I am guessing Disney stepped in and filed a trademark threat against the "Mickey" trophies, Pirelli took down all references from their website as well..

He put on a defensive clinic today, textbook driving with a large pace and tyre disadvantage
Sure, but also gaining a big advantage first corner by going off the track and getting no penalty for it, while his rival got the penalty for it by being forced off the track while passing. Verstappen is a great driver, but let's not deny the reality, he's disrespectful on track and stewards apply rules differently for him. It's a sad time for F1.
Verstappen is almost certainly the best driver to ever compete in Formula 1. I feel sad for the people who can't enjoy his greatness because he beat their driver nearly half a decade ago
You cannot really compare drivers that easily. Different eras, different teams, different competitors, different tracks etc. Some say Ayrton is. Others say Michael is. Behind each great driver there's an even greater teamwork. Let's not forget Daniel and Max were neck and neck. Does that make Daniel also the best driver to ever compete in F1? It's relative and depends on team mates as well. Having Albon as a team mate and destroying him just for Albon to go to a different team and owning every weak team mate he had afterwards doesn't mean Max is so good necessarily, but it clearly means his team mate wasn't great. Look at the rookie Colapinto now versus Albon, that will tell you all you need to know about the real competition Max had. If anything, a great team mate is the one who will show you which driver is actually great, not drivers driving for other teams. Not trying to be that guy, but Lewis did beat Fernando in his prime - and all that when Lewis was just a rookie. Fernando literally left the team because of it. And a lot of people say Fernando is the greatest. It's very confusing to me how people forget a rookie beat Fernando yet they still doubt the qualities of that driver. So yeah, Max is great. Is he the best driver? Impossible to know until he has real competition within his team. On track, he seems like he's really fast but also disrespectfully aggressive and helped by the stewards decisions. No other driver driving at the top had been so race ruining for other drivers in the past 10 years than Max, while also getting away with it. Just an unbiased opinion from someone who loves the sport, not a specific driver.

Really!!
Greatness is not a measure of how much of a bully you are, but how much more competent you are in your skill!

Norris overtook off the track a car that was off the track. In that reality the stewards should have left it

Max was still on the curb, so just a track limit warning, no rules broken / no penalty.

Yes and no because a track limit warning when you are alone in that corner is one thing and another thing when another car is alongside you and you going off track after you divebomb back taking them with you outside of said limits.

No he was pushed off the track!

If you have deep gravel or armco there then it wont happen.

My initial thoughts on the Max/Lando 'overtake' was very similar to Max/Lewis in Brazil 2021.
Watched the replay and seen Max was late on the brakes to allow his car to be ahead at the apex. That gives him the corner via the rulebook for overtaking cars. It allows him to run out wide and effectively 'force' the overtaking car off track due to being ahead at the apex.

What it does it give a 'grey area' of the rules when the 'defending car' owns the corner. From what ive seen, Max went off himself. But because Lando wasnt ahead at the apex, its still Max's corner by the rules.

Be interesting to see some replays and the stewards documents for it to show reasoning.
