This also looks very flexible and even a bit of torsion where the edge flexes more.
Yes, now it does, I already had this feeling watching inboards.
I’ll have another look. Certainly didn’t see anything in the race for lando.deargodhelpme wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 05:20
It would also be good to get a shot of Lando's for comparison since Oscar wasn't running the new front wing.
In that case it might be difficult since they both ran the new front wing for part of FP1 but then Lando got it for the rest of the weekend. Thanks, though.chrisc90 wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 10:11I’ll have another look. Certainly didn’t see anything in the race for lando.deargodhelpme wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 05:20

Might have to look through FP.
The key is that Ferrari and especially red bull would not have been pushing so hard for FIA to clamp down on flexiwings if they were benefiting from them as much as others._cerber1 wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 12:03https://iimg.su/i/zbvlX

In fact, this topic was comical from the very beginning, that Red Bull's wings did not bend, only biased fans did not see this.
I’ll have another look through the sprint. I probably started with Oscars car and seen the wing cam and didn’t bother looking at lando.deargodhelpme wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 12:15In that case it might be difficult since they both ran the new front wing for part of FP1 but then Lando got it for the rest of the weekend. There is lots of room between an official protest and simply press chatter for things to happen
Red Bull obviously also use a flexible wing and no formal protests have been lodged against other teams. So what is your complaint against McLaren or MB?organic wrote: ↑24 Oct 2024, 12:39There is lots of room between an official protest and simply press chatter for things to happen
At the very least there was a lot of discussion and the FIA did at least agree to monitor flexing more closely. Iirc They also insinuated that they may change the rules regarding flexing FWs for 2025
