FP2 was done with different tyre allocation for each team
And the long runs were a bit hard to read
Still a lot to come on FP3 and Q
McL and the bulls normally get better on Saturday.

What is the point in a tyre test at a circuit which has 25% less down force due to altitude and a series of awesome slow corners?

Interesting to see so many teams stepping down from Monaco-spec rw/bw from FP1 to FP2, everyone seems to be keeping FP2 configuration today. Seemingly the gains on straights are greater than cornering losses, I guess this is especially true in race trim
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

I wish television coverage would give up on this ‘having someone stand trackside by a corner and tell us what they’ve seeing’. It’s never insightful, and you have to go to picture-in-picture, so it’s harder to focus on the laps actually going on. It’s pointless and distracts from what most people are actually interested in.

Does Checo have more Q1/Q2 exits than Q3 appearances this year? It certainly feels that way.
