The traffic gifted Norris the position really. Leclerc lost 2-3s fighting through a back marker which Norris easily got past with drs losing no time (probably even gaining time).

If Norris is smart he will slow down to Leclerc to entice him to overtake him so he doesn't go put on new tires for fast as lap
