That was a masterclass. I think that is Max's best drive for sure. Even if RedBull seemed faster Norris could have won that if he wasn't crying to pit!
It is also a testament to the RedBull strategists and the crappyness of the McLaren strategist.
As a Verstappen fan, i don't think this is his best drive.
Most of the places were made up on the first start/lap (+7 places), which is of course still good work by Max, but it's not the same as making it up on track. He was also stuck behind Leclerc for a good part of the race, until Ferrari brainfarted and pitted Leclerc into traffic.
The gamble Red Bull took on the red flag was insane. The safety car was deployed, and they didn't pit Max - and the chances of someone crashing under the Safety Car is really slim. The rain at the time didn't indicate to me that Race Control was gonna red flag it for weather alone.
I'd still put Brazil '16 higher, and there's a few other drives that comes to mind as well (70th anniversary drive was really good, but it's always hard comparing dry and wet races).
