He doesn't even account that the boiling point increases with the pressure increase inside the tires. That's basic science that you learn in early high school in some places.
It's not difficult to make an assumption it's about preventing over heating, and that a small amount of water coated on the inside of the tread through centrifugal force would be helpful.
It's just blatantly stupid to claim that it's not possible or highly improbable when this very thing was specifically banned by the FIA because a team was experimenting with it years ago.
