It will at least give him a run in the '24 car. Might not be representative, but it's better than only getting a run in the '23 car using non race tyres.F1NAC wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 12:58Worth noting - SF24 will be driven during Pirelli test for 2026 tyres with different width than current tyresHenri wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 12:37https://autoracer.it/it/ferrari-a-barce ... e-hamilton nice Lewis will get to drive the sf24
Both of them are gonna be doing the tire testScuderiaLeo wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 17:30Good morning everyone. Do we know if Leclerc is also doing the Pirelli test or is it just Hamilton?
Lewis doesn’t need it anyway. The official winter test should be more than enough for a driver of his calibre and experience to get up to speed.taperoo2k wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 15:33It will at least give him a run in the '24 car. Realistically, they're all going to be better than that shocker W13Emag wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 21:21Lewis doesn’t need it anyway. The official winter test should be more than enough for a driver of his calibre and experience to get up to speed.
It wasn't that long ago when a 42-year old Alonso delivered when the car was thereTeamKoolGreen wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 22:59All of this hype seems way over the top for a 40 year old athlete.
Lewis has always had strong teammates. So he's used to it. I think he enjoys it. Keeps him alert and excited.KimiRai wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 23:48It wasn't that long ago when a 42-year old Alonso delivered when the car was thereTeamKoolGreen wrote: ↑24 Jan 2025, 22:59All of this hype seems way over the top for a 40 year old athlete.
Problem for Lewis is he has a Leclerc next to him instead of a Stroll. It will certainly be more difficult. But also more rewarding if successful, if you look at it that way...
I agree and for Leclrec he could learn a lot from Lewis. Even if things pan out a certain way and Lewis can help Ferrari and Leclerc win a title.... what a win that would be.zeroday wrote: ↑25 Jan 2025, 02:13Lewis has always had strong teammates. He had no choice but to have strong teammate, either Russell or Leclerc. Lewis wasn't so eager to replace Bottas with Russell because of Rosberg flashbacks.zeroday wrote:Lewis has always had strong teammates. So he's used to it. I think he enjoys it.
