I think they will be in a league of their own in Canada. I also expect Renault to do especially well there, given their high numbers thru the speed traps.
Question: do both of you assume that Red Bull will NOT have an effective f duct for Canada? IF they do, that should help cut McL's top end advantage.
Well, you don't need the Fduct/blown wing for low drag, but it's definitely an aid when you're trying to broaden the DF window. If Red Bull can maximize their diffuser performance they will be able to do pretty well, while running a very flat rear wing, and at a track like Canada that may be enough to stay in the mix, the top 10 let's say. But McLaren holds the ace at this race and I'll be shocked if they don't qually and win 1-2. Kubica could round out the podium. But who knows .. that's why we run the race.
