I know it is difficult to accept this opoc engine as an obsolete con.
Unfortunately it is obviouse and no attempts to disrupt the thread will prove otherwise.
Somebody suggested a technical discusion on the opoc engine I am completely in support of this.

Personally I just don't get what was the point of your initial rant/need to start this thread though? Is it because its money on old technology(same as electric car)? Is it because Bill Gates has money to blow? Is it because you wish he spend that money else where? Is it because it once again shows Brits are somehow smarter? Is it because that its 23million wasted(well they already wasted 10x that amount of US TAX PAYER's money on Tesla, can't be worst than that...).

At the moment everything that was old is new again....the influx of EV for example. The draw back and limitation that exists for EV1 still exists, but all of a sudden its more usable now. So why not old 30s engine technology.....everyone should get a piece of the currently encouraged spending on possible alternative future for automotive technology....

BTW, this thread is also in the wrong section...I think there is actually an automotive section of F1T...
