Can teams add holes in their bodywork?

Post

Well the question is like the title says. May a team add a hole in the bodywork like above the side pod? and then let a tube walk through the bodywork and let it exit somewhere at the back of the car? But the use of it is not to cool the engine?
What does IDK means?? (someone) i dont know (other dude) OMG no one knows

I´m pretty sure this is allowed ......there is no rule stipulating you cannot have inner flows ..in the car ...as this would have rendered the f-ducting illegal ...
Im sure there is/was activity to explore the possibility use inner flows for purely aero reasons .In LMP racing this has been done for years.

You could suck in areas to reduce pressure buildup or boundary layer by having a tube ending at the very tail of the car ,could you?

There's a minimum radius for the bodywork which possibly could stop it unless it's a hole with very round edges:

but also nothing is allowed to be visible from underneath ,apart from sky ? so a hole would have to be cut at an angle and not too big to avoid this ...

btw would an artay of small diameter holes at an angle be ok for next year feeding a ddd?
