The system has to split it's resources to get two under performing screens in the split, and graphics suffer.
Who here is on Xbox live? Who has a 360? Anyone play Forza2? PGR4?
It would fun to dominate some folks here on Xbox live
When this game comes out, who wants to race with me?
An f1tech league on xbox live (and or playstation network) would be somewhat AWESOME.
Me. I'm particularly good at FM2 online
And yes I am Scotracer on it.
Lucky guys having a nice fast internet connection for online racing. I'm stuck with what is only slightly faster than dial-up
Fairly decent at FM2 and PGR4. GRiD is my game though.
So far every Codemasters game I've played has been excellent. The rally ones especially, smaller market there so they can allow you to play with the car settings and they help you go faster.

I also checked out what simworld thinks of it.

From the screenshots and graphics I have seen so far... ugh. Fuzzy and blurred, with a lot of colors, more like Speedracer than real world. And they say it will also appeal to the arcade crowd. I sure hope the game has a feature where you can alter the realism, from arcade to real world, accurate car and tire dynamics and tracks.
For me, flash and bling mean absolutely nothing. The sim has to reflect the real world.
Hmmm.. sim racing with you guys... very appealing and interesting.
The screenshots look live they've been taken with a really poor camera! YOu can almost be garunteed that it will look better than that.
GRiD and DiRT have options to alter realism. DiRT has increased damage levels, manual gears and head-cam that bring you closer to real-life as well as the alterable car settings. GRiD has the increased difficulty (Ninja being the highest) you can take off Stability management, ABS and traction control. Manual and head-cam add more to it. No car settings though.
You guys may find
this an interesting read. An FAQ on the game, it goes to some detail as to what's in the game.
"It could be done manually. It would take quite a while, but it could be done. There is however a much more efficient and accurate way of getting the data. Men with lasers." Wing Commander Andy Green
