He needs to harden up, Webber raced in Japan with food poisoning and would have won the race if Vettel had of been paying attention during the saftey car (seems to be a theme!).

At that point he wasn't leading but the accepted wisdom is that at the pace he was catching Lewis he was going to win the race as he had a better setup for the wet conditions and his strategy was working perfectly - then under safety car in 2nd place Vettel rear ended him while Lewis was dicking about behind the SC.

I might get flamed for this, but even as a back-marker Bruno has been disappointing to watch this year can't ride that senna name for too long son.

Frankly he's been rubbish, almost every team mate he's had has been faster!

However i think he's an average driver who doesn't make mistakes in the race, he's not rubish. Nakajima is the last rubbish driver (kinda quick but rubbish) i can remember.

Bruno can tag along for next year without being a dead weight for the team.
But i'd take him out of the car and put chandock in for the Indian GP.

Chandock & Klein is the best combination for HRT.

So many wishing to end another driver's race prematurely. I know Hamilton crashing out is Alonso's or Vettel's only hope of winning tomorrow , so it's natural some of you want him to crash out again ...

It's not that but it is just plain hilarious when the Hamilton fans start sulking and condemn the race rather than enjoy the rest of the race.

Says the guy who has sulked and called some of the best races this season 'boring' because his man wasn't doing very well.

Lol, I'm pretty sure at all the races recently both Mclarens have made better starts than just about any car, maybe it's the setup or just the way the guys pull off the line, but I can see Hamilton taking Vettel without much of a fight, and Button maybe sneaking in too. Red Bull's never seem to get away very well.

Cant wait to see how many places MS makes up from the start today. Its so far been the highlight of the starts for me.

In fact it would be interesting to add up how many places everybody has made up in the first lap and see if hes well ahead.

Anyway... I'm guessing he will be 7th by the start of lap 2.

It looks like Massa's engine shut down. Don't know what caused it yet but the lack of telemetary from the car would suggest an electronics failure. Not much a driver can do in a situation like this.

He can park it on the side of the road instead of in the middle of a turn. We've known that ever since Aristotle's sucky physics were pwned by Newton.
It's really weird that they claim the gearbox freezed him in place like that. Usually when it breaks it goes into neutral or close to that. Braking the wheels so much is weird, that's why I asked for video of it.

Also did you hear what Alonso said a bit after the Massa incident? He seemed to be asking if he should pit or complete his lap. What gives?

PS: I'm not implying Massa did it on purpose or anything, just to make it clear.

Going back to this just one more time... Massa had no possiblity to go anywhere. When gearbox jams in a slow corner, you are standstill in a mere few seconds. Felipe still managed to keep the inside of the turn. Footage shows he was not completely on the racing line but still managed to turn to the inside of the exit, though not enough before his car stopped on track.

In the past there were more occurrences like this. I remember Villeneuve in a BAR once with his gearbox smoking, and on the straight the rear axle just locked. Must have been pretty scary in that car.

Can you show that footage? It doesn't look to me Massa managed to turn much inside. Half his car is on the racing line.

Which races have I called dull because the guys I support have not done well? For me the racing comes first then being a fan of any particular driver comes second at the moment.
