Just looks like a library picture of a flybrid system. If Williams, who are right on it with flywheel say they cant package it for F1 then I doubt any other teams will manage it.
I agree that it will be very unlikely that Flywheel KERS could be packaged for 2011 even if allowed.
IMO it would be far to heavy as a hydraulic system for the single axle application for 2011. Much easier (more effective) if used mechanicaly or electricaly.
I would go for electric, without the losses and control complexity of a toloroidal drive.
For the AWD KERS being considered for 2013, this is a different matter all together.
Unfortuantely as usual in F1, innovative design will be held back again by regulations and ideas now are of little value.
