I never expected the car to be hard on tyres.
Must be the lack of downforce because the low gear box should help in the tyre wear department.
Hope the upgrades hook up the whole car and give them a big boost.The car actually looks promising.

The car is a dog, at the level of the FW30.

The car is getting there, and they still don't have redbull style exhuasts.
It's a little more like mercedes design.

Doesn't seem to be blowing between the wheels here. They are putting it over the top of the diffuser.
Why can lotuse and virgin make the redbull exhausts yet williams can't?

I believe Williams' system tried to mimic the effect enjoyed by RBR, McLaren and Ferrari. Virgin's system does not use an aggressive off-throttle setting:

It's a good point, that, JMN. I was wondering whether William's trouble with the RBR diffuser could be related to the quality of the engine.

One other possibility could be the termination of the body work. It finishes so abruptly that the exhaust position might be critical in stopping to much shedding from the back of the bodywork.
