The replay the BBC just showed that Jenson was watching Hamilton in his mirrors when he squeezed Hamilton, so he knew he was there and tried to bully him out of the way. Presumably he didn't want to be overtaken a second time by Lewis in just one race, so go with all the other overtakes he's made on him this year.
Finally it's also clear that he was beyond Jensons rear tyre, despite what you claim, as his front tyre makes contact with the sidepod.
