Vettels tyres were newer no?
I don't think so. There was a radio transmission from Button asking about Vettels tyres and he was told they were 3 laps older, I think.

I only remember the Button-Hamilton collision. Which other one was there?

I do feel for Schumacher, so close to a podium. He might get it if Button is penalised for the Alonso incident

Sorry, you are incorrect. The radio message told him that Vettel's tyres were 2 laps newer, Webber's one lap older.

I think he knows that the gap is so great that it doesn't really matter if he's 2nd 3rd or 4rth, Vettel lost out today and that's good.
He'll always want to finish the season ahead of his team mate even if that's last and second last...

^ this is why you never criticise people who are way more qualified than you.
Heee, what are you telling there?
First I posted this during the long brake where they made a bad pit call just before the rain starts.

And second even after the race its still valid because Schumacher could have won the race if the car wouldn't be such a sh..box and eating its tires.
The only perfect piece in that team was Schumacher who made the difference in the rain. As soon as it got dry the others where all over the Mercedes.
Still reason enough to criticise them.

Not that I recall. I am very sure that Vettels were older but I will look for the pitstop timings.

What a race! Amazing drive from Button with his controversial  collisions! Schumacher drove fantastically. It was sth I didn't expect. He could be on podium if his car weren't the slowest of the three front runners.

Wall of champions and this last lap mistake may well hurt SV confidence if he gets under pressure next races, his face on press conference said everything.

Vettel had newer tyres.

Regardless, he made the mistake he even took it on the chin... others should too

Webber was going quite a bit slower due to being stuck behind a slow Merc for a while.

He would have been handed a DT (or equivalent) penalty during the race, if it had been necessary. There is no reason for postponing a verdict, and depriving Button of his postition right now would be outright.. "suspicious".

Ah! Got it. Cheers mate. Didn't know 4-5 was under investigation.

Take it from someone who hopes Vettel and Button finished the other way around mate. Webber's was 1 lap older and Vettel's, 3 laps younger
