How come RBR are allowed to test on the new track?

Generally I don't care about what people say. I have to be clear with myself. When everything goes well, people celebrate you, when you make mistakes people criticize you.

Red Bull is an energy drink that knows how to generate publicity. If they offered the Indian GP organizers a chance for an Indian driver to take an old show car around the track with the additional lure of "Whoa Extreme!" energy drinks to the younger demographic, would you take it?

They should have had a "free showcase" on the track for all of the teams. This gives me an idea:

Since there are already restrictions on in-season testing, couldn't most of the teams be given the chance to give F1 demonstrations on new tracks such as the US Circuit of the Americas? Perhaps with oddly season-appropriate bits? ;) I'm sure there are FIA regulations, but it's just a thought, especially for the back teams to get more track time.

I think it was more a promotion that the circuit organized? Not sure on that note though. Karun did the first laps of Korea last year in an RB5.

RB7ate9 - teams are allowed promotional days but the car must be in a spec that has been raced before. It could be a past year's car or whatever, but there can be no new parts allowed.

I think the new circuit should have been completed at least 6 months prior to the 1st F1 race. And do a couple of touring car races or lower formula car races so they can have time to train the track marshals and staffs, etc.... most importantly checking if the drainage on the track works well in the rain.

This circuit is officially opened just one week before the GP. This is absolutely crazy.

In last years's Korea, the marshals were so frikkin' noob and slow, even Vettel had to do the fire marshal by himself during the race.

I predict a Red Bull 1-2. Their car deserves it.

I drove it in the F1 game, not really one of my favourites. A bit boring.
Mcalren have a chance on the long straights.
But when last was Mclaren good on long straights outside of qualifying?

Hamilton on Pole.

possible winners: Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso.

Vettel if he is 1s a lap faster regardless of his grid position.

Hamilton if Vettel is may 0.4s a lap faster in the race in the first 2 stints.
And he goes into beast mode in the last stint.

Alonso if the Redbull and Mclaren tyres go to pieces and he turns on beast mode as well.

Webber has a shout if redbull allow him to have a decent strategy work.

And i want this race to start dry and end with rain too.
For Sure!!
