I figured as much in Caterham's case. I'll have to go back through the RB7 thread to read up about that cannon exhaust, since their's was often times pretty wide as well.
I wonder if Williams will try to change up where the radiator exhaust will exit? At the moment, it is blowing through the suspension much like most of the other teams. With that hobbit of a gearbox, there must be other potential change to the body work other than decreasing the volume down like that, though I can imagine it provides a pretty solid flow of air to the rear/beam wing.
