You're right. They are on one car & not the other. Good spot. I think that might happen with the new engine cover too. They're doing it with the FW too. If you look at Mazdaboys post on page 206 at the end of one post & beginning of another are both versions of FW
As I said earlier, Red Bull have confirmed they are running different exhaust configurations on each car in first practice, and it certainly looks likely that Ferrari might do something similar (that is, try different specs with different drivers, not necessarily anything to do with the exhaust).
So, actually, to continue you that thought, what might the two configs be?
It might appear as if one will be in complete Malaysia spec and the other will have all of the below new components:
New engine cover/cooling exit
Lateral wings (or the beginnings thereof)
New front wing (correct me if I'm wrong, but we're just talking about new end plates here)
Anything else? Is there merit to this accumaltive approach? Or, does it make more sense to try a "base" car - say, in Malaysia setup - and then trial each new component seperately? Or, in fact, is it likely that these three, and other, updates have to be used in conjunction?
Many questions and speculations, I know.
