2) Where is all the air flow coming from to stall a second set of elements?

Thats the passive front wing they tried last year, IMO they have this coupled with the DDRS
2.)

As we saw in early pcs from Australia, the blown slot is in the middle element of the front wing.....so they should have been stalling the second element only
now they have this
See how the upper element also fuses to control part
IMO they are stalling the upper element
there is no other good explanation for fusing the upper element
