Mark Webber won his second Monaco Grand Prix in three years after starting from pole and not making a single mistake all through the race. It wasn't however easy, the next 5 runners finished within the next 6 seconds. Nico Rosberg was closest as he finished second while Fernando Alonso completed the podium in third place.

As was pointed out at the time the FIA have only set out certain times that the protest can be lodged. What Brawn was bitching about, and quite rightly, was Red Bull saying race after race that they were going to protest but then didn't do anything. Yes, disqualification is a real possibility as the scrutineers and FIA will/can now only examine it after the event.
