There's that too.

The Pirelli tires are a joke. Alonso lost that race because of these idiot tires.
well webber was faster today, you must admit that he was very fast with soft tyres first stint with lot of fuel and that was the race winning factor.

And remember that he has done one extra stop for wing change at the 2nd or 3rd lap...

Or, Webber won it because of the tyres.

Stop blaming the tyres - they all run the same tyres and make choices as they see fit. Ferrari's strategy didn't work this time where in previous races it did.

I think the Mods should ban any more of this "the tyres are rubbish" rubbish. The tyres are what the FIA asked for and we're having the most exciting, closest season for years. The years of "X will win" have gone and I for one am glad. They were boring, boring, boring years.

Ferrari and Lotus are now ahead of McLaren in WCC :(

Fernando looks unhappy. Strategy really let him down today. He is still leading the championship, gladly.

It is fantastic. Now Sir Jackie Stewart is interviewing the drivers on the podium.

@just_a_fan, your correct, its pointless to sulk, but i think 7 or 8 laps for a soft tyre is crap. Really.

Stunning race from Webber, Fernando tried but wrong strategy let him down, solid race from Seb, glad to see him up there and still in the hunt. Very glad to see Hamilton with a fail of note, especially the wobble he had when dueling with Alonso, ending up 8. Poor Button just nowhere.
Generally I don't care about what people say. I have to be clear with myself. When everything goes well, people celebrate you, when you make mistakes people criticize you.

If Massa could start on the soft tires and keep up with Webber and Vettel, why the hell do they risk Alonso's strategy and start on the hard tire? He had those RedBulls in the pocket. If he started on the soft tire this would be a walk in the park for Alonso, very disappointing...
Absolutely right...it could have been a comfortable win for Alonso should he start on soft. I would say the strategy was to run long to wait for rain should it come but just like Monaco it never came. Disapointed to be honest but the good thing from Silverstone is that we are now can fight for the win with Redbull on a track that suit the RB8. If we can keep doing this then we can think about the WDC.

Boring race, I wish they had started in aborted q2 order. What was up with Rosberg? McLarens? horrible!

Why did Ferrari only use the right strategy on Felipe?

How many laps did Webber do on the softs for the firs stint. He had good pace with them

Driver of the race: Grosjean. He'd have won if his front wing hadn't broken in the first lap don t you think ? His pace was really amazing...

Today is just the first time Hamilton has matched Buttons poor performance in the car (and Button was lucky to even score a point today).

Grosjean/Raikkonens pace is race winning.

The Ferraris pace is race winning.

The Red Bulls pace is race winning.

The McLarens are nowhere tbh.
Not really Hamilton pace was ok at Valencia and Silverstone but fail strategy!! he should start on softs and finish on Hard like Webber and Vettel. Same mistake for Alonso.
Mercedes pace is so bad at first part of the race.
