Two former driver stewards versus a disgruntled team principal...Vettel will lose out as common sense a long with the rules will rule! >:P
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

A bit of double moral from Horner in my opinion. When it came to the car and "torque problems", a grey area, it was the right choice by the stewards to not penalise them. But when Hamilton unlap himself, which again is a grey area, its wrong. #-o

Was it necessary for Schumacher to make third pit stop, instead of using a 2-stop strategy? It seemed that he could not make up the lost ground and was unable to overtake the Saubers.

In other words, could Schumacher stay ahead of the Saubers, on a 2-stop strategy?

A 20 s penalty For Vettel as a punishment would be great..

A DSQ would be perfect.

What about the fact that Vettel was constantly using the run off areas as a part of the track lap after lap?

It wasn't just that one time. He was "going wide" almost every opportunity and was gaining time all the while.

I'm sure Mclaren will argue this etc and it may incur a bigger penalty (time penalty for this race and a 5 place grid penalty for the next race) but thats probably too harsh...

They need different degrees of post race Penalties.

5 seconds,
10 second,
15 seconds,
25 seconds.
Post race Grid drop.
Race ban.
3 race ban.
Championship ban.
Liscense revoked.
County Jail
Low security Prison
Medium Security
Super Max Security Prison
Solitary confinement with Life sentence
Death Sentence
Hell Banishment

I am sure Hamilton will get the "Super Max" before his career is over.

i don't think Hamilton decided. Red Bull was dead slow in the speed traps so he passed Vettel. Ferrari's were near the top in the speed traps so he couldn't pass him at the hairpin.

I think surely is just about the only word that cannot be applied to anything that relates to the 2012 season.

I´m still bullish about RB being punished because of ''the low-torque row''

I'm with you on that one. Alonso even defended once on the entry into the hairpin against Ham. But I find it quite funny, how on RTL everytime when Vettel isn't doing well, everyone or everything is being blamed and when he does well it's just down to him being superior... :) That's why i have RTL on mute and i watch Sky over the net, because as crappy as RTL is it's still better than what we have to endure in Slovenia, with our presenter talking about where can you find the cheapest place to eat at the certain venue, or who is dating who etc.

Alonso acknowledged that Vettel's dice with Hamilton had been handy for him, and that he would have swiftly let the McLaren past if necessary.

"I knew that if Lewis was close enough with the DRS and trying to overtake, I had no problem to leave the space," said Alonso. "I knew he was not in the race. We didn't want to risk anything. For me it was a good position to have Hamilton between me and Sebastian.

"Having Hamilton there it meant Sebastian was 2.5s behind approaching the pitstop, so I tried to keep Lewis there."
Intelligence + Talent made this guy leading the championship ! Well deserved win ..
