Robert said that there's still a long way to go, but after that rally, it seems it may be shorter than he previously thought

Also, when presented the trophy, Robert's been asked If he would race in next years 30th Rally Bassano, and replied: "Though i liked that rally very much, I hope next year I will be somewhere else". Maybe he has some plans or at least see the possibility to come up with a surprise for next year

If he could dominate in an Italian Rally Championship event, with previous champions on the grid and some really bad conditions at some point, speed is definitely there. And maybe with a car designed with his less able right hand on mind, there is a chance of comeback to F1 even in 2013?
Maybe a bit wishfull thinking, but I for one really miss him on the F1 grid.
