I think rain is really the only thing that can level the field enough for FA to have a real shot at this. It's just not reasonable to depend on a technical DNF from SV, and the red bull will be on the podium almost gaurenteed if dry.

Come on rain. [-o<

I'm not sure rain is enough mate. It would take a Vettel crash in the rain. I'm not sure the F2012 still has slight edge in the wet. I think the best chance for Fernando is a technical problem with Sebs car. Of which I don't really expect to see. :((

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

It will only be sad if Esteban ends up being a bad driver he better prove he has talent and isn't just a PAY driver.. Which is what his current tag will be until he shows his worth.. But Kamui will be back.. If he does go..

But back on this race it's a last for many..

Hamiltons last McLaren driver race
Schumis last last race.....
Hulks last Force India Race
Kamuis Last Formula 1 race with Sauber.... Lol Jk idk...
Perez last..... Blah blah a lot of last stuff..

But who cares this will all be about Vettel and Alonso this weekend and I rooting for Alonso because I respect his drivin skill and dislike Vettels "Dominance" because he's not The car is.....

The prospect of a wet race is not so much a concern but the Saturday situation has all elements of a lottery. Lotteries can turn any way without skill or merit having a big impact. Sheer luck could decide the grid for Sunday and produce some weird permutations.

Like when Maldonado got the only good run at Silverstone (during a free practice) imagine that we're Pedro De L Rosa Nd Say Gloc.... What. Frenzy that would be two slow cars In front from the start.. Would It lead to a first corner pile up.. Or a laps 1-9 Train.. Or a first corner massive overtake.... By all cars on Gloc and De L Rosa..... I need to not troll sorry guys I ussuy just read I feel like I've only been a troll....

The only problem with rain is Charlie Whitting, he will ruin the race with the safety car or a red flag. Nowadays is so difficult to see a TRUE rain race because they are too cautious.

So I hope for a light rain race if we want to see a good GP, taking into account that this track is quite slippery with an small amount of rain it would be enough to see(and enjoy) some chaos. [-o<

Light or regular rain is ok. It's monsoons where things get hairy - and where they start calling out the safety car.

The problems with the heavy rain issues were also based on new tracks with insufficient drainage ...

Looks like there is a possibility that rain hits halfway through the session, as it did in Hockenheim.

Sunday looks as though there will be heavy rain in the morning, and constant drizzle during the afternoon. Does that river still run between turns 2 and 3?
