if it is the 28..it has RB style sidepods
i dont think so, both ends are on a stand, it is optical illusion...far objects will look smaller to near objectsNando wrote:Front end is on a stand, rear end looks firmly put on the ground.
I suspect most of them are photoshop playthings with manipulated proportions to be visually appealing. Though it does entertain us trying to guess the car(s) they used to start building the image.KATO wrote:IF i Worked at Mclaren I would pile up Boxes and place a sheet over it and let people trip out... Your rear tire is a midget tire.siskue2005 wrote: i dont think so, both ends are on a stand, it is optical illusion...far objects will look smaller to near objects
look at my picture
I'm quoting this one, he seems to be quite right to me. Only difference is the T-camAMG.Tzan wrote:I am pretty much sure that under there is this one: http://desmond.yfrog.com/Himg831/scaled ... &ysize=640 http://www.f1-site.com/wallpapers/2010/ ... 010-16.jpg
This is the MP4-25 used by Lewis Hamilton only for Monza(without F-Duct)!!...This one is at MTC!
I have to agree. It's almost certainly a sheet over one of the -25, -26 or -27s they have hanging about in the office.Gridlock wrote:My favourite time of year, when people who will be arguing over the most intricate little aspect of vortex generation or gas cooling equations spend their days examining PR photos of sheets
Deep breaths guys, not long now...
BTW I'm emailing/twittering them to ask if they'll tell us what was under there post-launch, maybe I can get a prize out of them for any right guesses, hmm..
Edit; as for my guess, they threw a sheet over whichever post-09 car they had in the lobby that day and pushed it in front of the nicest view they could find for a backdrop. I'm fairly sure the cars in there are normally on the floor, like cars should be of course, so the pedestal is a little weird. Why bother?
