Tell me why did it take so long time for those trained aero engineers to adopt coanda exhaust? And even when they did, it didn't work properly, they went back to old exhaust in Brasil.

I'm not saying copying is something every team should do when others present something new, but at least consider it's benefits. And even if they tried to implement it in CFD and wind tunnel, they haven't IRL.
