I've got money on a Ferrari 1-2 with the number 3 spot going to Hamilton. Red Bull will have a hard time if it doesn't rain.

A podium for Hamilton would be awesome.

Sepang is the team's 2nd home race. The team knows they have to perform in front of their title sponsor Petronas.

I think a podium finish for one of the Silver Arrows. Hopefully both!

I like his "slightly awkward, all over the place" style of reporting :D

IMHO there is a little bit too much optmism for mercedes and maybe too much pessimism for red bull around here

My optimism for Mercedes-AMG stems from the fact that the car is fast (granted, it is not yet the fastest) and the team seems to understand the car well and is able to fine tune and improve the car and dial out any unwanted qualities during the practice sessions.

The drivers are positive about the car and both Hamilton and Rosberg thought they had a good chance of qualifying on the front row until the weather worked against them.

Well, some of us have watched the Malaysian grand prix before, and are well aware of what a silly question asking for a weather forecast is.

I dont like PDR's attitude at the moment. He's being beaten by someone that should be slower than him and that has already got the team around him and he dosn't like it. Think he might have a Hamilton 2011 style meltdown later in the season if it carrys on.

No he wasn't. The tyres they (dare to) use in FP3 are all handed back after the session ends.

But what he did do was use his Q1 tyres in Q2, meaning he starts tomorrow with 2 sets of new options and 3 of new primes, with one set that's done Q1 AND Q2.
