I thought they will put the upgrades on to Alonso's car for FP2, so they can exclude the driver influence.
It seems there are two aero concepts being tried at the moment, the conditioners are only a small part of the equation but hint what Massa's package is trying to exploit vs the Alonso's. Look at the bumps under the skin and the way the sidepods slope.
