Sebastian Vettel has won the Canadian Grand Prix at Montreal in dominant fashion after starting from pole position. The fights were all happening behind him, with Alonso emerging in second place, followed by Lewis Hamilton who completes the podium for Mercedes AMG.

That's because everyone believes that Merc flat out cheated, which is a very big story. Personally , I'm not sure one way or the other, but I doubt the FIA said anything to allow Merc to run a 2013 car without the other teams doing the same. Note though, their degradation probably wasn't that great even at Monaco – they simply set a very slow pace where they knew it wouldn't be a problem, and knew everyone behind them couldn't get past.raymondu999 wrote:I don't agree. I did not mean to imply that Canada was a high deg track.
