Effects of wishbones slightly angled front/rearward?

By not being perpendicular to the car centerline the wheelbase will vary slightly.
What the effect of this?

I guess some anti squat or anti dive effect can result.

That's about it, if you are referring to the parallelism of the hinge axes in plan view (or side view). You also get some weirdness in your bump steer curve for free. If you just mean that from the side view the outboard points aren't on the half way mark, no that isn't an important effect kinematically.
