What if I told you the idea behind the high nose wasn't the nose, but the tub height? The idea which started in recent years and follows something rather simple; Air that flows under the tub can be shielded from the negative effects of the front tires. And everything under the tub, the hump, pillars and vanes, are designed to pull air in under the tub. And this idea will continue on.
Ferrari, as shown in the image has it's pillars turned in rather aggressively, this will invite air to go under the tub where it will be shielded from the tire wake.
