This fuel save diagram does not show with how much fuel they started..
So perhaps Hamilton started with 100kg and Rosberg with 96kg.. and than it looks like Rosberg had used more fuel so far?

It's showing how much of the limit they've used, not how much of the amount they have on board they've used. The FIA have no way of knowing how much they started with.

I'm wondering if they have no ERS, given how slow they are at the high power areas of the circuit.

For what it's worth, the fastest lap at the 2008 Malaysian Grand Prix was 1:35:748. Cars are currently lapping at around 1:48.

Hooray, progress!

To be honest – yes, progress. We now have cars that are twitchy, and not on rails around high speed corners. Which makes for much better viewing. Deffinately progress.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that all Renaults not based in Milton Keynes are running with substantially less fuel, I mean, power.

The Mercedes are just cruising, looking at using less than 50% of their fuel allocation at half race distance, the cars are easily half a second quicker, and they have the capacity to turn the wick up & get more pace from having more fuel left in the latter part of the races....where the cars are lighter anyway !!!
