Rear suspension geometry change? Hard to tell because of different bodywork, but I think so.

I see that they are trying really hard to generate a positive pressure at the end of the "coke bottle" but I fell like even doing so, they still would need to increase the rake to further increase the upwash and generate DF.

This configuration does seem to improve fast cornering control, moving the CP (Central Pressure) backwards on the body and better controlling centrifugal force on the rear end. Also the shape as vied from above seem to show a more airfoil top camber shape than before, where a higher AoA (cornering) would have laminar separation bubble detachment sooner, causing that wiggle we saw in Chine on both cars.

It's a turbo engine. The key is to minimize air intake length, not to minimize air friction.
At the end of the day minimizing air friction and intake length is what you want, but if you have compromised runners, all of that will go down the drain. I have seen guys change their turbo intake manifolds and reap tens of horsepower. So you have to Keep that in mind when it's clear Ferrari have the weakest engine combined with a midfield chassis even when they created this car all under one roof.

I m wondering if perspective plays trick with me. Is there " under rear "swan" support on the base arc around exhaust really another ("new") end tip winglet? Much more progressive curved upwards. Little differs from originally introduced version witch also include 2 flap monkey seat? That could be replacement for "strait" arc version for "mclarenish" monkey seat or is that edge still the same and perspective plays tricks with me.

If is that true, could that mean onother more agresive monkey seat?

Finally they risk more with this aggressive looking new Aero Pack, was about time. The single wing support pylon, looks more sophisticated and , like the others before made, looks now really up to date.
Looks Allison first bigger intervention on this car, looks good. Hope that Ferrari can make some steps forward now.

Why do they put this yellow thing in front of the exhaust exit?
