Was the arrows A10 the first car to use a sloped radiator which is common in cars now?

I think the Arrangement of the 1974 Ferrari 312B3 (also the test mule in winter 1973) had this cooling arrangement for the radiators .

BT46b the main radiator for the engine was on top of the flat12

Dear FIA, if you read this, please pm me for a redesign of the Technical Regulations to avoid finger nose shapes for 2016! :-)

The Arrows A10 had a radiator on one side and an intercooler on the other side.
