Apparently Rosberg tried something for their engineers and later went back to Hamiltons setup, so basically same setup for both - weren't they supposed to NOT share those?

addition: i just watched the recap of FP3 ... the track surroundings look boring, all those grey blocks (aka stadiums etc) look dull as f*c* ... no wonder they want a night race next season, some spectacular lighting might improve the dreary look

Croft and Kravitz had a pretty interesting theory saying the reason Mclaren was so good is because their simulatior is extremely good, then when other people start honing in on the setup the next day the gap goes back to "normal".

The opening lap was chaos though. Plenty of overtaking on lap 1. But yeah, settled down after that. I think DRS should be the savour.

Lewis looking good so far, and still adjusting front wing, so more to come from the 44

Red Bull looking poor right now

Well, poor by their standards, they're after all still a solid 2nd in constructors and 3 & 4th in drivers championship. I expect an austria like performance tomorrow from them.
