Eh? The look of a car always changes according to the sponsorship. Every car on the current grid has a livery, in function of their sponsorship and their title sponsors. The only 2 teams with their 'own unique' image are Red Bull and Ferrari. And even their liveries change, according to sponsorship.
Red Bull - Blue/Red
Infiniti - Purple
Martini - White
Marlboro - Red/white
Santander - Red/white
Petronas - Green
Mercedes - Silver
Banco do Brasil - Blue/Yellow
In the last few years, Sauber have changed for Banco do Brasil, and Williams have changed for Martini. Who else?
Red Bull kept their basic colourscheme when adding Infiniti.
Mercedes are silver, despite Petronas being green (yes there are green flashes, but still).
Ferrari will always be red regardless of who sponsors it.
Lotus have stuck with their black and gold.
Force India's colours don't seem related to any of their sponsors specifically, new or otherwise.
Marussia and Caterham had consistent colourschemes during their time.
Mclaren stuck with their chrome after splitting with Mercedes.
As I say, I can't think of any significant livery change due to a title sponsor in recent years besides Williams and Sauber. The latter of which had basically kept their BMW colours for years after that split.
