What in God's green earth do you do with 9 lamba probes at the track? Nope... I can see using that on the dyno to calibrate each cylinder. and especially if the teams are using cylinder de-activation... but I cannot see any reason to use 9 on the track. My common sense is telling me that cannot be true. I would believe you if you said 9 EGT probes. The engines are turbo-charged and back pressure and reversions is a serious effect in these engines. The temperature difference across the turbo charger is important. I am going to say it is EGT unless you can prove otherwise.Facts Only wrote:
The pre homologation dev' engines had 9 lambda probes, it's still the primary measurement.

According to the team thread they are using Carbone Industrie now and it used to be Brembo. They are still using Brembo calipers IMO. They just changed the disc manufacturer it seems.
I messed up the tweets, that was for STR. The 4cm most likely came from Key himself.PlatinumZealot wrote:4 centimeters??
As if anyone can eyeball a 4cm difference even if they did change the nose. haha.. AMuS never ceases to amaze with their predictions...
