Only that I don't believe Andrew Benson at all about anything, and this claim is particularly spurious.

Why do I know better than a long standing f1 journalist, I hear you cry? Well obviously I don't, but many other pundits I respect far more - inc. Scarbs on recent sky programme and Martin Brundle regularly during races - have questioned whether the chassis is really up to scratch even if it did have a better PU.

But I definitely would enjoy the opportunity theory to see that tested on a wet track :)

Although Ferrari has done a fantastic job this year to recover it's chassis and PU, ultimately Mclaren will win title before Ferrari does.

Ferrari wont be racing you mean? Merc 1-2 and a Williams in 3 sounds only possible with Ferrari deciding to sit out of the Austrian GP.

If your prediction does come true in the next few years I will be very happy indeed.

Why is that? Is Honda engine department better then Ferrari? Do they have more funds? What has Mclaren shown last few years (not to talk about this years embarasment) that would lead you to conclude that?

Yes,Honda dep is better, this is their first year whit this engines and they will catch Ferrari when it matters and that will not be this year as this year is gone for both of them,Mercedes is champion 2015 is over already and in 2016 Mclaren will beat Ferrari.
And what has Ferrari showed in the last few years? were they not flattered by FA performance? what results have Massa and Kimi do in the last years that are better than Mclaren?
it is much more "mbarasment" the stagnation Ferrari has showed from first to last race in 2014 than the risk and progress Honda has showed from race 1 to now in 2015.
Everybody id intiteld to it's opinion but over next few years Honda-Prodrumou-Alonso looks a hell of alot better chance to beat Merc than Ferrari-Alisson-Vettel does to me.

off-throttle and blow diffuser to aid rear DF is gone so Vettel title prospect is gone whit it.
