My guess would be that the screen is a mesh that would kill the exhaust flow up and behind the rear wing to check how the rear wing is behaving without the help of the exhaust. Could be because the rear wing might be having some instability issues and they are trying to determine how the exhaust plays into this. If I am right we may expect to see a slightly revised rear wing at some point.

A carbon fiber wrapping around the exhaust manifold?
Lower radiator in the right hand sidepod looks a bit strange and seems to have louvers behind it, like the F15t.
