Verstappen still learning braking points of F1 cars.
The championship has been decided by both driver and mechanical issues. Rosberg would still be down on Hamilton on points at this stage without his issues. But we know you by now, you'll fail to acknowledge any incidents which have disadvantaged Lewis in your calculations.
Did you count it? Russia, Hungary, Suzuka wins and very possible one at Monza, chance in GB and Canada plus Bahrain vs Singapore 4th-5th and Monaco 1-2 vs 1-3. Count them please before making statements like that. Don't forget Rosberg's engine situation and 2 engine failures in Italy.

At least safety cars made it a bit interesting now.

After the safety car about lap 5 he suddenly plummeted down the field after reporting a throttle issue a lap or two earlier. He said himself he only felt the issue during the safety car so something broke after the opening laps.
Aha ok so he was in the lead when it happened.. Man that´s rough..

To be fair, there was an epic battle shaping up. It looked a bit like Rosberg got a bit too wide on one of the corners and Hamilton breezed past. Then Rosberg started to fall back until he retired. Probably was the issue he had that caused him to miss the corner. Anyway, could have been an epic battle between him and Hamilton. Hamilton looked quite aggressive, during the start but also after the safety car when the gap was just around under a second and within DRS.

EDIT: It's especially bad news for Rosberg, as he now is even behind Vettel in the WDC.

Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

More exciting than expected.
Pitting under the SC was the correct choice but the leaders didn't do it.

Crazy Kimi was more than a bit crazy today.

Much nicer race than last year. There were some battles for position and the second safety car played its role. And two surprises: first was that Alonso had a sense of humour and second that Putin was shown only once.

Oh wait. There goes the podium ceremony...
