You missed the bit where Hamilton was crawling all over Rosberg after the first stop then? Rosberg was held because of Vettel in the pitlane. Hamilton's stop was actually slower had Rosberg not been held. Outpaced? Hamilton came within 3 tenths of him when he went on full attack. But this is another track where you loose downforce when you can't follow.
