Vettel less than half a second down on softs, let's remember. Less than 3 tenths behind Lewis on that tyre.

On super soft, he seemed to be caught in traffic middle sector + massive mistake in final sector so we can't judge based on that. No idea what Kimi was doing on ss but it's barely an improvement on Vettel's soft run, so there's definitely more to come there.

Still , even if the soft tyre gap is representative, that would be disappointing - I expected closer than 0.5 here. We'll see but button's time is encouraging since it makes me think that Mercedes' gap is largely due Ferrari issues, since they're not that far clear of a midfield McLaren.

race speed of Ferrari didn't look the way that they can challenge Merc ... maybe differnet fuel loads but Merc pace seems very very strong
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Very interesting picture in the mid-field.
It is looking like, Williams, RBR/McLaren, Toro Rosso and then Force India.
Although McLaren didn't figured in the top 10 speed traps, they still were standing 3rd on hotlap. Very promising situation for McLaren. All this might change based on who will manage to nail down a good setup.

Two friends of a friend of mine have sky (with the F1/sports pack) ... he has access to both so he asked one of them and then gave me the login.

You can use sky go on up to 4 devices (phone/computer) but only on one at a time (although you can watch normal sky and skygo simultaneously). You can also reset the list with devices but only once every few months. If someone is already logged in you get the info and can chose to either log out or throw them out

Since they can't prove it's not the account's owner who is just visiting someone and wants to watch sky it's all perfectly legal (at least in germany).
In Italy you can register up to two two devices and only one at time can be logged in and you can watch normal Sky on tv aswell. You can reset devices once every 30 days.

Keep in mind that Skygo user and password are the same of the Sky account, so who has them has the possibility to change options and select/deselect various offers and packs.

Why FOM aren't showing the fastest lap from Friday like they were doing last year?

Yeap....add 0.6 from Alonso to that...;)

Then subtract the time lost due to hitting another driver from behind.

Mclaren are a bit strange though, on supersofts they were strong (RB/Williams level), but on mediums, Button's clear laps were about a second down on Massa's mediums tyre laps (both after a similar amount of laps)

On long runs Mercedes and Ferrari seem to be neck and neck.

is that driver doing a mistake by changing line 2 times like pay-driver Gutierez or not?
