And Baku won't(probably) have so efficient marshals like Monaco has.

Unless they ship in marshals from Britain, Monaco & Australia like they have for Abu Dhabi and Singapore in the past.

It does surprise me that FOM do not have their own squad of marshals actually.

But the barriers like Max

I've often pondered the same thing, it would make sense!

I've often wondered why they don't have a jet drier or two as well.

I'd imagine using local marshalls is far cheaper! It's not like being an F1 marshall is a highly specialised task. No more than many other series anyway.

So the section from 16 to 1 is about 2.2km, and that will be full throttle. The section from 2 to 3 is almost 1km, and that will be full throttle. Then from 12 to 16 it will be largely full throttle as well, apart from a bit of braking at 15. That's easily 4km at full throttle. Plus there are the sections between 2 and 3, 4 and 5, etc...

Which track has the highest full throttle percentage of lap during the season?

With a good spin and some car-billiards, either Palmer or Kvyat could bounce around the pit exit wall so into Bernies FOM pit-offices

This seems to me like a low downforce and much faster and longer Monaco. Should be interesting but yikes that castle section!!!
